About the Cover:    The radiographs, from articles in this issue of JVSR, are from two patients diagnosed with severe sleep apnea. The top radiograph, from a retrospective study by Dobson, et al., is of a patient with a Respiratory Disturbance Index (RDI) of 59 and Sleep Baseline Score (SBS) of 82. The lower radiograph is from a case report by Kuhn representing a patient with an RDI of 89 and SBS of 134.
